I'm also a recovering perfectionist, professional overthinker, and multipassionate disco ball who was never meant to be a one-trick pony (clearly) 😂

I work with driven women who've gotten REALLY good at doing all the things, making shit happen, and building lives they're proud of.

My ADHD brain is basically a pattern-recognition machine on espresso. 😂 Fast-as-hell processing, connecting dots you didn't realize were related, noticing what's being said (and what's NOT), and asking the question that makes you stop mid-sentence and go...

Add years of clinical experience, trauma- and somatic-informed expertise, a healthy dose of intuition, and a little 5/2 Manifestor energy (if you know human design, you know that means I'm not exactly wired to accept "that's just how it is"), and you've got a pretty unique combination.

I don't just want to help you have a light bulb moment (though you will leave working together clear AF and lit up about the path forward)...
