Hi, I'm Dr. Meg! Doctor of Physical Therapy turned burnout and nervous system coach, speaker, and the woman who's been exactly where you are. More than once.Â
I spent over a decade in healthcare (incuding a few years running a cash clinic which was better but not the answer) giving everything I had to my patients, to the clinic, to the system... to everyone but myself. I was highly functional, highly exhausted, and deeply disconnected from my own body. When my dad was at the end of his life, he told me his greatest regret was not living for himself sooner. That cracked me open, as I knew deep down I was on a path of "shoulds".
Since then I've gone deep into trauma-informed care, somatic healing, and nervous system regulation. And I've built a practice helping high-performing women (especially those in healthcare) reclaim their energy, their clarity, and their connection to themselves.
