5 Weekly Modules (Delivered Over 6 Weeks)
Each week, you'll receive easily digestible content—no more than 90 minutes per week—delivered as a mix of video and audio so you can learn on your commute or in focused chunks, whatever works for your life.
Plus workbook exercises designed to deepen the embodiment (these require your full presence—no multitasking allowed).
One week will be your integration week—no new content dropped, just space to absorb, integrate, and implement everything you're learning.
Weekly Live Group Calls with Me
This is where the magic happens. Each week, we'll come together for:
- Discussion and deeper breakdown of the concepts
- Hot seat coaching (my normal 1:1 rate is $222/hour—this alone is HUGE value)

I'm Dr. Megan Daley: Doctor of Physical Therapy & certified trauma and somatic informed practitioner turned keynote speaker, author, podcast host, Nervous System Regulation Expert and Career Coach for high achievers like you - and someone who learned the hard way that you can't outwork a dysregulated nervous system.
When my dad died, grief slammed my capacity shut. I was forced to slow down, pull myself out of chronic fight-or-flight, and face the patterns I'd been running on for years.
