Most would describe me as a friend, fiancé, clinician, educator and small business owner. But in reality, I am so much more than that. And so are you.
Society may put us in boxes, but that doesn't mean we have to stay there. So let's break free from who we think we should be and start living the fulfilling life we deserve.

The daughter of strict well-meaning parents, I grew up thinking that I had only one choice in life. Go to school, get a good job, and build a stable life for myself. While this laser focus led me to getting a doctorate and “checking all the boxes” by my late 20s, it didn't leave me with any sense of who I was and what brought me joy.
I slogged through unrealistic productivity standards for YEARS while fighting to provide quality care as a corporate healthcare provider. I fought burnout (even though I didn’t recognize it at the time), and knew there had to be something more.
Then, my dad was diagnosed with cancer.
Few things put life into perspective like caring for a dying loved one. I listened to my father, a former physician, talk about his regrets—of not kayaking more with my mom, spending more time with his loved ones and wishing he hadn’t waited until retirement to live his life.
I lost my dad after just five months and returned home with a bittersweet gift.
I knew it was time to get out of autopilot and really start living.
I left corporate healthcare, picked up solo travel and committed to exploring and discovering my deeper, more fulfilling passions.
I dropped anything that wasn’t fueling me and a new vision for my life and business, Move on the Daley, was born.
